Here at DDS, we strive to make our customers online experience hassle free which is why we have teamed up with the award-winning delivery company FedEx, a leading courier for time critical deliveries.

With most orders placed before 4:00pm on business working days, we will endeavour to meet a next business day delivery. However in more remote areas such as the Scottish highlands and in all non-mainland areas (i.e. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetlands, Northern Ireland), this would generally become a two-day service.

At the start of the delivery day, FedEx will also notify you by email/SMS with a 4-hour delivery slot. This helps ensure the delivery is successful, first time.

We also offered timed-deliveries for when you need your parcel as soon as possible; these are available as a "pre-10:30" or a "pre-12".

If the time slot given does not fall in with your daily plans then you can use text or email to change the delivery date.
