Can I fit the system myself?

Yes, our systems are designed to be easy to fit with basic DIY skills and tools. Any problems, give us a call and we will be happy to help.

When will my order be delivered?

If ordered by 3:30pm, delivery is normally next day. We also have the option for timed deliveries, such as pre 12, pre 10:30 or even Saturday delivery but at an extra charge.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on weight, calculated at checkout. You can add items to your basket and then get a delivery estimate based on your postcode. Charges are usually between £9 - £12 from individual cameras to small to medium kits. Items under £10 can often be sent via Royal mail for £6.50.

Which courier do you use?

We currently use DPD and occasionally Royal Mail. DPD tracking numbers can be advised if requested. DPD will send email notification of approximate delivery time.

Do you deliver outside of the UK ?

Yes. We deliver worldwide on a regular basis. Delivery costs can be calculated upon checkout if your country is shown, if not please call us for international delivery charges.
