Alarm control panels for smart security

Hub is a reinvented security system control panel. Acting as a central unit for all system devices, Ajax hub instantly notifies users and a security company of alarm activation at a facility. Multiple communication channels ensure stable communication despite interference or blackout.

Ajax hubs are equipped with a built-in backup battery providing up to 16 hours of operation without external power supply. And by installing a low-voltage power supply unit and connecting an external battery, the hub's autonomous operation can be extended for weeks or even months.

Hubs have no keyboards: system control and configuration is done through the Ajax app. User involvement also can be minimized. Ajax hubs have up to 64 automation scenarios to schedule security activation, reduce routine actions, and counter threats actively.

Thanks to software updates, control panels regularly receive new features. They ensure the evolution of the security system, support for new devices and improved user experience. The update occurs automatically, over the air, when the system is disarmed.

Stable communication

Hub is guaranteed to transmit an alarm and photos from a facility through one of the available communication channels. Depending on the model, the hub can have up to 4 channels: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and two SIM-cards. They work in parallel and replace each other in emergencies. Switching between channels takes seconds. Jeweller and Wings are proprietary radio technologies with reliable data encryption for devices communication. In the event of interference or jamming attempt, Ajax changes the radio frequency, notifying users and a security company of the situation.

Ready to replace the hub in an emergency

Devices connected via range extender form an autonomous group in the system. Even if the hub is damaged or the connection is interrupted, the range extender activates an alarm and turns on the siren to attract attention.
